Maldives Police Service has revealed information about the under 18 year old boy they are searching for on suspicion of murder of a youth on 8th December.
According to Police, the under 17 year old murder suspect is Samah Moosa Didi, Male' Municipality Haassa Dhaftharu no. 1264/ Heenaamaage, Th. Vilufushi.
Police requests anyone with information about the suspect to inform their duty officer on phone number 9888999. Police says that legal action would be taken against anyone who hides information about the suspect or anyone who helps the suspect to live in hiding.
Samir Abdul Mueen, 23 years died on the evening of 8th December due to multiple stab wounds received when he was attacked near Agma shop, Janavaree magu. Police said that there are two suspects and one of the suspect Mohamed Ishan, 18 years of Iru/ Sh. Komandoo handed himself over to the police soon after his information was revealed.
